Yeah but when Carly inevitably finds out then she won't have anything AWESOME to say to Robin...and we all know that is the most important thing in the world...that Carly has something AWESOME to say to Robin...and we can hear how Robin ruined Carly's life...and now probably Michael being all lovey dovey with the gun will be her fault too somehow since it would have been impossible for that to happen if Jason had raised him, Jason being the font of goodness, right and wisdom and all. Which is all probably why Robin is keeping the secret....for Carly's sake.

I like that they were together after what happened to georgie. robin needed someone strong for her because she had to be strong for maxie and mac. i am also glad that they had safe sex and adressed it.

the condom broke - patrick was -*test*-('")ed - he is clean - why tell robin, because it really would just make her feel bad and worry. however i do not agree with him sleeping with leyla because he is a dr and should know that one -*test*-('") is not enough, however she is a nurse and should know he was with robin, and she knows shes hiv+, so she knows there is a risk.

i also dont mind her not telling patrick hes the father, because i see where she is coming from (but memo to gh - turning robin into a jelous prude isnt a good idea. shocking i know. but true)

i just cant wait for it all to come out and them be happy and greatness again.

I've always felt smarter than any of the writers on this show since Guza took over, but honestly, I was holding out hope they would do better with this storyline.

juniemoonie, remember those maternity shirts with the big arrow pointing down to the woman's distended belly? I think Robin needs one with the arrow pointing to letters spelling out, "PATRICK'S" on her belly.

OMG yes! That's so funny. I mean even if Robin didn't want him to know at this point, she's already had about 5 conversations admitting he's the father within his ear shot of him and he still doesn't know. Come on, give Patrick and the viewers a little more credit.

This story is so beyond frusterating! I can't even think of one good thing about it at the moment, they've so royally screwed it up! Why can't Patrick finish a thought???

I don't think he does. I think the writers are really trying to play it like they're going to drag out this reveal. Which they should have. I knew this show would fuck up this story!

Besides Elizabeth, because Robin out-right told her, Mac & Kelly have to know that Patrick is the father, right? According to Guza they don't, cuz doctors and cops are dumb, but anyone who knows Robin at all would know that she's not a random stranger-ONS kind of gal, wouldn't they?

iloveKMc, I think they believe Robin used a donor from a sperm bank since that was her stated intention after every adult male in PC rejected her (or had Carly do so on their behalf). ;o)

Did Carly ever find out that Robin asked Spinelli? Because that would be some great stuff to see.

i understand. i think my blind love for the show has kept me from accepting the fact that i'm smarter than the characters, as they are currently being written, even though they're supposed to be doctors, etc.

I don't want any part of any storyline that has to do with a Scrubs baby.

First of all, the writers and the show runners here have proven (repeatedly) that they are incapable of writing anything serious and meaningful for these two. Secondly, the entire way this storyline has been handled is pure crap. Robin had to be written as suddenly stricken with the baby rabies and rather a bit of a shrew and now on the verge of being a hypocritcal liar, and Patrick has been whored out again and dumb-downed to near-Lucky level. It has been a complete disservice to both characters.
