I'm with you Junie....(I know big surprise right?) Before I can even remotely begin to care about Spinelli or see him as anything other than an extension of Guza's Jason worship I need to see him being written as a real person. And I'm not counting his reaction to Georgie's unneceesary death or the ridiculous that was her death being made into a character development thing for him.

Of course I was done trying with him the day he in all seriousness told Jason that if Lucky knew the truth about Jake, why then of course he would be willing to release Jason from jail on his murder charge so Jason can go save the day! so you know I have my bias.

however ever since I heard that Bradford Anderson talked snark to Steve Burton at the last PA about the ratings being higher when Jason was with Sam after Steve talked about how great Jason/Liz was.....I have been tempted to like him as a person and still hate on Spinelli....but I'm still torn.

Dear Robin (and yes I do realize your fictional)

Please stop taking every opportunity to talk about how you really want JAson to be happy and how you think that Jason, who you have previously admitted you KNOW commits at least half the crimes he's accused of, and Elizabeth, who you KNOW has two young children that you have baby-sat, should be together one day and happy.

In the first place you KNOW what has to happen for that to occur and you KNOW how willing Jason is to do just that. Also you KNOW what an ass he is when a relationship dies. So YOU, who knows all of this, making a huge point of inviting JASON to YOUR wedding to inspire him to be happy with Liz or whatever that reason was is well stupid. Also given what happened the LAST time Jason was present at a wedding and given the number of weddings he HAS attended in the past years and how often those, including his own, have NOT inspired him to make any changes AND given the last bride who had Sonny and Jason in the attendance ended up shot in the torso...and given you're pregnant......wouldn't it have been smarter to go "thanks for the thoughts...now leave."

Of course I do realize that if you didn't invite Sonny and Jason, then your wedding would consist of Maxie, Coleman, Epiphany, Liz, Kelly, Mac, Anna and Lainey and a whole lot of extras and whatnot...and it also might actually be about YOU and PATRICK and not say JAson's allegedly secret pain for a life he makes no attempt to attain....but hey maybe I'm just crazy in think a wedding should be all about the couple getting married.

So if you could lay off promoting JAson? Cause really it makes no sense for you of all women on the canvas to be doing it.

And yes I knew the chance of Guza allowing this wedding to pass without somehow making it all about JAson was slim to none but seriously.....I'm fine with the Jason/Robin past...but if they want me to buy them still being friends...then perhaps the show might invest in Jason talking to Robin first...and not always waiting until she comes to see him? Maybe?

I have to say that I'm actually enjoying the wedding stuff right now a lot. I'm almost 100% sure that Awesome Writer has been taking care of most of the Maxie conversations because she has been truth-telling like nobody's business and she mentioned Kevin and Lucy!

Plus JJY and Finola Hughes have been supportive and awesome. Robin was adorable talking to her baby. I can overlook the Sonny and Jason bull because it has to happen on this show at least a little (not that I like it at all and blame Guza fully).

Also, I enjoy the Robin and Liz friendship. I know there are still many things wrong with Robin propping Jason and Sonny name dropping Stone whenever he wants people to think he's a good person, but by and large Coleman's awesomeness combined with the pretty have cancelled out the mob crap and I actually have been enjoying the soapiness of the wedding shenanigans.

However, I do agree Beth. I'm sick of all the women singing Jasus' praises.

Don't get me wrong...I'm enjoying the wedding stuff by and large...its just of course when we must stop the presses and make sure this is all about Jason and whatever pairing they are desperate to sell me as the best of the best and the truest pair ever to pair.....my eyes start twitching and I see red.

Oh, and let's not forget that Jason now knows how to perform c-sections. He just may save the day yet again!

Is Guza trying to make everyone else on this show look dumb to offset how stupid his heros are?

Cause I'm really wondering why when Nik is caught breaking into a hotel room....he is threatened with deportation...HOWEVER when he was arrested, put on trial and convicted for the murder of his grandmother the word deportation was never ever mentioned!

Seriously? The INS's priorities are "Gotta get those hotel break in artists out of the country but woo murderers. They can totally stay"???????????????

I have to say that I am so glad that Awesome Writer seems to be penning all of Robin & Patrick's scenes. Good stuff lately!

My one beef is when Jason came to visit and said "She will be fine" in a booming voice. Kind of like "if Jason says it, then let it be so. For 'tis written by Guza."

Other notes from the last few episodes:
1. Sonny and Carly are just....eww!!!!! Why couldn't he have drowned?
2. Genie Francis is rockin' those jeans!
3. Jason and Sam having a few scenes together. I really did like these two together. Jason wasn't nearly as annoying when paired with Sam. I just don't see any chemistry between Liz and Jason.
4. Baby Emma is so frickin' adorable.
5. Patrick hotly holding and feeding the baby was...just...SPECTACULAR!
6. Glad to see they remembered that Matt exists.
7. Glad to see Luke and Tracy finally do a scene somewhere other than Stereotypical Mexican Bar. I was half expecting to see a guy walk in with a poncho, sombrero, and bullets around his chest. Jeez Louise. Could Guza BE anymore PC?
8. Does anyone watch Dexter? I swear Coleman was his victim this week. If so, the man has more acting chops than Guza allows.

While I did enjoy the scenes...I myself was having flashbacks to Liz's coma after she had an emergency c-section with JAke....I swear some of the speeches were pratically identical.

And yes I too rolled my eyes when Jason said Robin was going to be fine. I was like...well of course she will....the healing powers of St. Jaysus's voice knows no bounds. I also rolled my eyes when Anna, she who was betrayed by Duke for NOT leaving the mob, being all "Jason! come on in! Sit with my daughter while your in the middle of a mob war! It's totally alright!"

Yeah, seriously!!!

I'm sure Sonny will be by to bless Robin with his presence once Carly erotically heals him of his stab wound.

Oh I'm bucking for him to be the godfather......pun fully intended.

I am loving the scrubs scenes with Anna and the baby, but I am so over the mob storylines on this show and the November sweeps stuff is looking AWFUL.

Sonny and Jason need to kill each other in a shootout that happens in a warehouse containing all of the Zaccharas, Karpovs, and Carly which will then be sucked into hell when Satan comes to collect their evil dead asses.

Who says this show can't be like Passions for a day?

Then Michael wakes up (played by someone HOT) to AJ. AJ brings Michael home to the Quartermaines (who are all still alive and present) and they explain how Michael's memories were just nightmares and that the mob left Port Charles years ago.

My dreams are nice but so frustrating.

Hey Passions earned its rep for craziness for the most part (and a former viewer I say that with love!) but sometimes the crazy came with perks. Like exactly that.

The red cloud of evil from Tabitha's basement is welcome at any time as long as it sucks all the mob stuff out the window.....

and I say more...but it requires the punctuation of rage and involves spoilers so I'll just bite my tongue until it happens. But then rest assured...the bitchery is ON! As always.

Oh and throw in your dream there junie the PCVFD/BVT.....there that makes it better. I'll even allow Harper to join now that he arrested Sonny. oh sure I know the odds of him actually serving time for it less than the odd of Jason being wrong...but I do love those members of the PCPD who actually get to arrest the almighty Sonny.

Here here to Jason and Sonny killing each other in a mob shoot out! I am, however, enjoying Olivia calling them on the violence. Not that it does any good. She'll probably just get killed in warehouse cross-fire.

If it weren't for Patrick, I'd have stopped watching this show a long time ago. If Scrubs goes, I'm out.

As long as Olivia keeps up her truthy telling ways....she can stay. But yes as punishment for telling the truth...she most likely will be the next victim of a serial killer. ALA Georgie. What? I was the only one who predicted she would die when she told Spinelli that what Jason did for a living was sad and not the coolest thing ever?

Seriously how many freakign times do I have to see Jason/Liz agree to move forward with their alleged relationship when I know that it's not going to happen because mob war infinity is going on and JAson will back out because it makes him look good and noble and because he's not leaving the mob. And also seriously when the heck are these two going to get any new scenes because right now we are going on two solid years of the same scene.

also am i supposed to find it romantic or desireable that during a mob war....during which a woman was just shot in the torso on her wedding day and another man was just shot..a 12 year old was shot in the head while in the pressence of his father...that a mother of two young children would just go "I don't care, let me be with you"??????? Really? And as if the pressence of guards is going to make a difference. Michael had guards on him the two times he was kidnapped and I'm pretty sure Liz had guards on her when she was kidnapped, thrown in the masoleum with a bomb and left for dead the last time they tried this.

Sorry just had to purge that.....i feel better now.
